Why should I verify my registered email address?
Email address verification ensures you will be able to receive messages at your company email address. If you do not verify your address, you may not receive all messages.
What if I have not received a verification email?
1) Sign in
2) Click "I Still Haven't Received aVerification Email"
3) Enter a new email address
4) Submit
As your member ID becomes activated upon registration, email verification will not adversely affect your use of Indiachems.com
Can I use Indiachems.com if I don't complete the email verification?
Yes, you can. The verification Email is used only to test whether your email address can receive email from Indiachems.com. You can decide to "Go straight to My Indiachems.".But are not able to Post the Trade Lead and Make Direct inquiry to any Lead which are already posted.
What if I have forgotten my password?
If you forgot your password then its easy to recover it. Just click on "Forgot Password" link and enter your email id which you have entered at the registration time. You wil get email from us about your password.
I want to modify my registered information.
To modify your registered member information (i.e., registered company name, email address, etc.) please take the following steps:
1) Sign in at My Indiachems.
2) Click "Update Now" under "My Profile".
3) Change your registered information.
4) Submit when done.
I cannot visit certain pages on the website or the speed is very slow
If you cannot visit specific pages on the Indiachems.com, or if the speed is very slow, please contact your internet service provider (ISP) for help.
Internal server error
An "Internal Server Error" will appear if there is a temporarily network jam or server re-boot. Sometimes it is caused by a browser problem on your computer if you use a browser other than IE (Internet Explorer) and Netscape.
Why can't I find the Buying Leads I posted?
Most probably, the approval process has not been completed. Buying leads, upon approval by Indiachems, are published within 24 hours.
Why does my information have to be in English?
English is the universal language of business. Please ensure that all information you enter is in English, including punctuation. Any information that is not recognized as English will be highlighted in red, alerting you that it must be changed.
I contacted a member but found his contact information invalid
Contact Us immediately.
Why has my posting been deleted?
Once Indiachems.com (or its designated moderator) determines your posting is against our User Agreement, we will delete the posted information without notice.
