know, and that indiachems.com has no control over

You must be at
least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority
to enter into this agreement and to use the Services
in accordance with all terms and conditions herein.
If you are buying or selling goods using the Service,
you further warrant that you have legal authority
to enter into other binding & selling agreements
for the sale or purchase of goods. You agree to be
financially responsible for all of your use of the

Each Member hereby
represents, warrants and agrees to
(a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information
about itself and its business references as may be
required by indiachems.com
(b) maintain and promptly amend all information to
keep it true, accurate, current and complete. Each
Member hereby grants an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide
and royalty-free, sublicensable (through multiple
tiers) license to indiachems.com to display and use
all information provided by such Member in accordance
with the purposes set forth in this Agreement and
to exercise the copyright, publicity, and database
rights you have in such material or information, in
any media now known or not currently known. |

Members are solely
responsible for all of the terms and conditions of
the transactions conducted on, through or as a result
of use of the Site, including, without limitation,
terms regarding payment, returns, warranties, shipping,
insurance, fees, taxes, title, licenses, fines, permits,
handling, transportation and storage.In the event
that any Member has a dispute with any party to a
transaction, such Member agrees to release and indemnify
indiachems.com from all claims, demands, actions,
proceedings, costs, expenses and damages (including
without limitation any actual, special, incidental
or consequential damages) arising out of or in connection
with such transaction. |

You warrant that
you will abide by all such additional procedures and
guidelines, as modified from time to time, in connection
with your use of the Services. You further warrant
that you will comply with all applicable laws and
regulations regarding use of the Services. Without
limitation, by listing an item for sale, you warrant
that you have the legal right to sell the item. |

As a seller, you agree to list your
items in the right category and to accurately describe
the items you are selling. To sell multiple items,
you must list identical items (this means that the
size, color, make and model all must be the same
for each item). It is your responsibility to determine
whether the purchase or sale of any listed item
is authorized by law, statute, or regulation. You
also agree that users may comment on their experiences
with you in the Feedback section of indiachems.com
and you release indiachems.com and its users from
any liability for any comments

on an "as is" and "as available"
basis, and indiachems.com hereby expressly disclaims
any and all warranties, express or implied, including
but not limited to any warranties of condition, quality,

representations, conditions, undertakings and terms
are hereby excluded. |

you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free,

not to resell or assign your rights or obligations

reserves the right to terminate your account |

conditions and the relationship between the User and
indiachems.com Service shall be governed by the laws
of the State of Delhi without regard to its conflict
of law provisions. The User and indiachems.com agree
to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction
of the courts located within the State of Gujarat,

and reserves the right to prohibit or restrict access
to the Services to anyone at any time, with or without
cause. indiachems.com reserves the right of removing
the profiles of people who register with bogus addresses

the right of removing the webmail of people who get
involved in using webmail for nigerian frauds |
